Choosing a long-term health care center is often a new and difficult experience for the resident and their family. Our social workers at NHC Garden City understand these concerns and are trained to assist the resident and family in making the best possible decisions. The social services department is available to assist the residents and families with any concerns, questions, or suggestions. It is our intention to make each residents stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. We are constantly striving for excellence; therefore, we always welcome suggestions for improvement.
